WR Porter will play for Jags Sunday

Jacksonville tried turning around its season last Sunday with a dramatic victory over Indianapolis. Now the Jaguars will get another boost.

For the first time this season, Jaguars high-priced free-agent wide receiver Jerry Porter is expected to play Sunday versus Houston.

Porter missed much of training camp and Jacksonville’s first three games with a torn hamstring. It has been slow to heal but Porter now is well enough to play and the Jaguars plan to use him Sunday.
